Hi, I'm John — I help business owners with GHL funnels, automation, and day-to-day admin support.

I spent over 5 years in the BPO industry, mostly in insurance, handling client accounts, data accuracy, and process-heavy work. I later trained in web/funnel building and automation, and picked up social media management by running one for a friend's small business.
